# Non vedo le notifiche delle nuove email in arrivo

Il CRM invia una notifica al browser quando arrivano nuove email.

E' importante però accettare la richiesta del browser di accettare la ricezione di tali notifiche.

Se questa viene rifiutata, per poter riabilitare la funzionalità, bisogna accedere alle notifiche cliccando sul lucchetto a lato dell'url sulla barra del browser e riabilitare la notifica.
